The award-winning Saporoso Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from cooked musts of Lambrusco Grasparossa and Trebbiano Modenese grapes. The spice is aged for 6 years in refined Durmast barrels and 6 months in steel barrels. This light balsamic vinegar tastes great with fresh, cooked, and grilled vegetables, roasted meats, game, and as an exclusive ingredient to refine everyday dishes.
