Riyadh-based interior and architectural studio Bothina Design has been awarded Best Luxury Residential Interior Design in Saudi Arabia, 2025 by Luxury Lifestyle Awards, in recognition of its exceptional transformation of the AlMalqa Private Villa. Situated in Riyadh’s sought-after AlMalqa district, this landmark residence exemplifies understated elegance and cultural depth, offering a contemporary interpretation of Saudi Arabian luxury living.

Founded by Bothina Suliman in 2010, the boutique studio is headquartered on Anas ibn Malik Road in Riyadh and has earned widespread acclaim across the Gulf and internationally for its refined, narrative-driven interiors. Bothina Design provides bespoke interior architecture, full residential fit-outs, custom furnishings, 3D visualization, and on-site consultancy. Signature features include a refined Majlis, a sculptural master suite, flexible family living zones, an entertainment wing, and concealed mechanical systems that preserve spatial purity. The material palette is elegant yet restrained, featuring warm walnut veneer joinery, polished terrazzo flooring, statuary marble, and brushed brass accents. A contemporary reimagining of the traditional mashrabiya provides both privacy and light modulation, while layered lighting strategies infuse the home with warmth and adaptability. The design draws on the minimalism of desert geometries, balancing regional influence with a serene modern aesthetic.
