R.House Design has been recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the category Best Luxury Hotel Interior Visualization & Design for LUSAIL PEARL FACET TOWER in Qatar, recognizing the studio’s approach to hospitality design and visualization through a philosophy centered on people, place, and the experience of space.

Based in Lusail, Qatar, R.House Design is an architecture and interior design studio founded in 2022 by Qatari Founder and Lead Designer Eng. Rouda Fahad Althani. Serving clients in Qatar and available for international commissions, the studio places the relationship between people and their surroundings at the center of its work. Under Eng. Rouda’s design leadership, creative thinking is supported by careful study, technical consideration, and continuous learning, with decisions around spatial planning, materials, and lighting shaped by how people will ultimately experience a place.

This philosophy is expressed through an individual approach to every project. For residential work, the size, dimensions and proportions of the plot, its location, orientation, access and surroundings are studied alongside the family’s lifestyle and needs. These considerations shape the home’s layout, architectural character, privacy, natural light and connection to outdoor spaces. Rather than applying the same design from one property to another, R.House Design develops a distinct response for each home, shaped by its land and the people who will live there. Across all projects, the studio prioritizes intelligent use of space, intuitive circulation and comfort.

LUSAIL PEARL FACET TOWER reflects the studio’s approach to luxury hospitality. Created by R.House Design as an original, unbuilt architecture and interior design concept, it envisions a high-rise hotel and serviced residences in Qatar. Design work began on February 12, 2026. The Luxury Lifestyle Awards recognition relates specifically to the project’s interior visualization and design.

For hospitality and commercial environments, Eng. Rouda Fahad Althani approaches visual character as one part of a broader guest experience. Planning considers how people enter and move through a space, how they settle and interact, and how lighting, privacy, circulation, and spatial relationships contribute to comfort. Her aesthetic perspective also allows classical elegance, contemporary simplicity, and bohemian influences to coexist through proportion, material relationships, and visual balance, giving each project an individual yet coherent identity.
