Plontur has been recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards with the Best Sustainable Landscape Architecture Design for SouthLinks Estate in the Philippines, honoring the studio’s landscape-led approach to sustainable estate design.

Founded in 2017, Plontur is a nature-led design studio based in Pasig City, Philippines. The company works across landscape architectural design, master planning, architecture, visualization, and sustainability consultancy, with a portfolio that spans residential estates, high-rise residential developments, resorts, commercial districts, mixed-use projects, and outdoor spaces.

SouthLinks Estate, located in Metro Manila in the Philippines, is a residential estate common-area development shaped around wellness, health, long-term livability, and multi-generational use. Designed as a high-end park development, the project reflects Plontur’s belief that nature should guide design decisions rather than be treated as an afterthought.

The project reshapes the site’s steep terrain into functional and experiential landscape areas, anchored by native planting and durable materials. Its design incorporates native planting across approximately 80% of the landscape, passive shading and ventilation strategies, hybrid irrigation planning, durable low-maintenance material selections, and canopy features that also support rainwater catchment for landscape irrigation. Through landscape architectural design and sustainability consultancy, Plontur transformed site constraints into functional, environmentally responsive spaces.
