Park Lane Properties founders Philippe and Frederique de Beer are real estate connoisseurs of note, dominating the property market in Mauritius and simultaneously elevating the standard of quality service on the island nation that sits off the coast of south east Africa. In recognition of this, Luxury Lifestyle Awards takes great pleasure in announcing the firm as Best Luxury Real Estate Brokerage in Mauritius 2022.

Park Lane Properties was founded by the de Beers in 2004, when the pair  identified that the real estate market in Mauritius had a gap in servicing and providing personalized high-level customer service. They launched the firm, which initially operated from the sole branch at the time in Tamarin, with the aim of filling this gap and making a mark in the local market.

According to the de Beers, “when we established Park Lane Properties, our commitment was to our clients and so we focused on always putting their property needs first. This meant we had to focus on curating and delivering a very bespoke client experience that was centred on the personal satisfaction of each client. It was this thinking that actually inspired our company tagline, which is ‘A more personal approach to property’”.

In the years that followed, the de Beers went on to open two more branches of Park Lane Properties, taking its footprint to three strategically situated branches covering the entire island. Their offering is expert buying and selling services, assisting clients, both local and international, to make financially and strategically sound real estate decisions. In addition, Park Lane Properties works with foreign nations looking to purchase Mauritian property as part of the country’s residence programme requirements.
