The award-winning Mile High Moderne project in Denver, Colorado represents a contemporary interpretation of Art Moderne architecture within a 7,500-square-foot private residence. Originally conceived as a speculative development without an end buyer, the project required the firm to establish a complete interior architectural language from the outset. Following acquisition by private clients during construction, the design was further refined into a fully tailored, turnkey residence aligned with their lifestyle. 

Defined by streamlined forms, soft curves, and a controlled material palette of honed stone, white oak, smooth stucco, and bronze accents, the residence demonstrates a cohesive architectural narrative. A sculptural spiral staircase rises through a three-story volume, serving as a central feature, while custom-designed millwork and integrated storage systems reinforce both function and visual continuity. The home includes two kitchens, two bars, three fireplaces, and a range of dedicated living spaces, all designed and detailed in-house.
