This year Qreative Design Studio has been notably recognized for the unique design of MAA Aali Villa in Bahrain. Located less than 500 meters from the Dilmun Burial Mounds – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the villa is designed to celebrate life. The design maximized the capture of natural light and created unique open spaces. The pool and windows are cleverly situated on the house’s northern side to combat Bahrain’s harsh climate, resulting in an abundance of indirect sunshine. The design is also crafted to take advantage of the irregularities in the land, with the angled edges of the plot boundary being utilized as balconies and outdoor spaces.
