The restaurant’s centrepiece is a 20-foot Molteni Oven where guests can watch their food being skilfully prepared. The restaurant also provides fine wine pairings designed by the experienced sommelier. 

On the rooftop, 1927 provides guests with the perfect opportunity to escape far above the city. The luxe bar and infinity pool provides sun loungers for relaxation and DJ decks to keep guests entertained. And to keep them refreshed there’s a range of signature cocktails and mocktails created by their award-winning mixologists and paired with the chef’s selection of small and large bites and modern tapas.
