The award-winning New Futura penthouse epitomizes this design philosophy. Initially commissioned to resolve technical challenges, the project evolved into a visionary reinvention—a bold, luxurious, and unconventional home tailored to the client’s individuality. Highlights include:

• Curved fluted detailing in wood, marble, and fabric that give rhythm and depth to the interiors.
• A seamless floor-to-ceiling staircase wall, merging architectural precision with sculptural artistry.
• Striking piano-finish ebony corridor panels, creating dramatic contrast and a heightened sense of refinement.

The result is a penthouse that is not only opulent but also richly personal and emotionally resonant—an embodiment of true bespoke luxury.

A Commitment to Sustainable Luxury

MDS Interiors also embedded sustainability into the project without compromising on luxury. The team employed low-VOC paints, energy-efficient appliances, water-saving systems, and repurposed cabinetry to minimize environmental impact, proving that true luxury today must also be responsible and forward-thinking.
