One of their latest achievements is the LPI Project, completed in March 2024. Tasked with developing an inspiring workspace for a young insurance team, BASE transformed a traditional office block into a modern, tech-forward space. The project featured co-working areas, a sleek reception, and a coffee station, with a focus on creating a motivating environment for young professionals.

BASE provided full turnkey services, including design, build, project management, and procurement. Sustainability played a key role, with local materials, energy-efficient lighting, and biophilic design elements, maximizing natural light to create a healthy workspace.

BASE champions sustainable design by sourcing local products, using energy-efficient systems, and optimizing floor plans to reduce office space needs. Their designs focus on creating inspiring work environments while promoting environmental responsibility.
