The project brief called for a destination retreat that fosters spirit healing and soul cleansing, providing an escape from the bustling city life into a haven of calmness and quiet comforts. Diar Consult’s innovative design for The Waterfall Villa accommodates both private family living and formal entertainment spaces. The villa features eight bedrooms, including a guest room on the ground floor and a grand Master suite on the first floor. The design seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living with pools, terraces, a private beach, and secluded BBQ and party zones.

Under the leadership of Chairman and Principal Design Architect Mr. Samir Serope Daoud, Diar Consult meticulously crafted a free-shaped residence with open spaces and smooth transitions, maximizing connectivity and transparency. The villa’s design draws inspiration from the mangrove tree, reflecting its natural surroundings with an organic yet orderly spatial organization. The central spine of the villa serves as the main canopy, embracing public spaces and offering dramatic views of the coastline and the unique mangrove formations.

Mr. Samir Serope Daoud’s vision and dedication were instrumental in the master planning, architectural design, and landscape design of The Waterfall Villa.
