The awarded project, named “Lux Cave,” showcases ARCHZONE’s mastery of innovation, functionality, and aesthetic distinction.

Founded in 2004 by the imaginative architect Zoi Antoniadi, a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, ARCHZONE has been at the forefront of creating exceptional spaces that reflect the unique personalities and needs of its clients. At the head Head of the project planning team, is the interior designer Dimitra Dimitriou, who is one of the oldest members of ArchZone. The firm specializes in new constructions, renovations, architectural plans, outdoor space design, and interior design.

The awarded project, Lux Cave, involved the transformation of a 200 m2 warehouse into an entertainment haven for personal use. The owner’s vision included a space for watching sports, playing video games, hosting friends, and organizing get-togethers and parties. Zoi Antoniadi led the project management and Dimitriou Dimitra was in charge of the interior Design. Key features of the Lux Cave include a central bar connecting all spaces, a recording studio, a control room, a private cinema, and a gaming room.

ARCHZONE’s meticulous planning addressed unique challenges such as low height, specialized infrastructure, and facilities. The firm successfully integrated energy upgrades, fire safety measures, sound insulation, audiovisual systems, ventilation, lighting, and more. The project was completed within 8 months, resulting in a vibrant, atmospheric space that exceeded the client’s expectations.

ARCHZONE is dedicated to incorporating sustainable elements in its projects, utilizing materials and technologies that reduce environmental impact. The firm uses heat pumps, LED lights, wood, solar panels, and thermal insulation to conserve energy and decrease carbon footprint.
