The brief for Apartment Vinderen presented a unique challenge: transforming a first-floor apartment into a more captivating and feminine space while addressing the concerns of sound and visibility from the street. Tandberg Miller Design rose to the occasion with a design solution that is both beautiful and practical. 

A Touch of Sophistication and Functionality: 

Strategic Use of Mirrors: A striking feature of the apartment is the large dark mirror installed above the kitchen bench, creating an illusion of increased space and reflecting light throughout the area. 

Multifunctional Hallway Storage: Custom-designed cupboard doors in the hallway combine fabric upholstery with integrated mirrors and bars, providing both style and functional storage. 

Sustainable Design at its Core: 

Resourceful Renovation: Embracing sustainable practices, Tandberg Miller Design prioritized the existing elements. The original flooring, kitchen units, and walls were retained. 

Upgraded Efficiency: Energy-saving LED bulbs were incorporated throughout the apartment, while luxurious velvet curtains were added to enhance insulation and privacy.
