Luciano is the magnificent brainchild of Luc Blok, a master ice cream maker who has been reaching new levels of excellence in his beloved business for years. Mr. Blok started his professional journey in 1983 by working in his parents’ ice cream parlor, where he got his first skills in ice cream making and realized he wanted to dedicate his life to this craft. 1996 was the year he officially opened the first Luciano сafé in Wassenaar. In 2007, Luc Blok received the title of SVH Meesterijsbereider, which is only awarded to those who achieve the highest degree of professional excellence in ice cream making in the Netherlands.
