Lucas C.C. Marquenie is the director of the architecture firm, aptly named after himself, established in 1982 in Garrucha, Spain. From the time of its inception, Lucas, together with his daughter, Adelaida, and his diverse team, have created architectural masterpieces. The modern firm has rightfully been selected by the team at Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2022, as a winner in the category of Best Luxury Architecture (Single Residential Project) For Casa Malecón in Almería, Spain.

Since the foundation of the study by Lucas C.C. Marquenie in 1982, their work has always been oriented to the pursuit of excellence in each project, envisioning and creating quality architecture. Lucas C.C. Marquenie and his team have over 30 years of experience. They have also brought in new, skilled experts, such as architects, engineers, and technical architects.

With a team that collaborates and speak five different languages, they live and work to “make your architectural dreams come true”, offering a wide variety of services. The team, with Lucas as Director, is also committed to bioclimatic architecture, designing buildings based on the local climate, with the aim of ensuring thermal comfort using environmental resources.

The company’s latest project, called Casa Malecón, based in Garrucha, Almería (Spain), was launched in September 2021 and is projected to be completed by January 2023. Contributing architecture and project management services to the project, Lucas, Adelaida, and his team have created this unique project that is a first-line four-story high property in front of the Mediterranean Sea in the middle of a town, attached to the adjacent buildings.

The whole intention of this project was to create a contemporary building with the luxury feeling of a villa on a first-line property plot, but with the challenge of maintaining privacy and comfort being, in the middle of the town.

Casa Malecón” by Lucas CC Marquenie, is a permanent single-family house on the beach front line from the southeast of Spain, Almería. It is located in the center of the town with views of the beach and the harbor.
