It also has a common outdoor infinity pool with salt hydrolysis water treatment, an extensive common garden area, private pools and gardens, and a centralized irrigation system with a weather station and soil moisture monitoring for better water management.

The development of the buildings complied with demanding environmental certification criteria and carbon compensation programs, using solutions that minimize the climate impact and promote the use of environmentally friendly materials.
