The roots of the Läderach – chocolatier suisse brand go back to 1962 when Rudolf Läderach Jr. founded a “Confectionary of Sweet Gifts” in the small village of Glarus. One of his most outstanding innovations was the invention of a revolutionary technology for manufacturing thin-walled truffle balls, which made the production process easier and improved product quality. Elias Läderach presented the award-winning Masters Tablet Caramel at the World Chocolate Masters 2018 in Paris, where he wowed the jury with his lightning-fast technique, perfectionist attitude, and impeccable execution and won first place in the praline category. His creation elegantly combines intense dark chocolate with exotic fruit and caramel filling.
