Behind DMDC Group’s award-winning villas sits a 30,000 sq ft joinery factory in Dubai Industrial City, owned and operated by DMDC Woodworks, the group’s manufacturing company.

The facility produces the architectural joinery, kitchens, wardrobes and furniture for the group’s projects across Dubai’s premium communities. Every element is manufactured, finished and inspected in the factory before it travels to site, where it arrives ready to install. Nothing critical is delegated to third parties.

Why owning the factory matters

Owning the factory changes how the group builds. Design details drawn by DMDC Design & Architecture — and sometimes by other design studios whose projects the group builds — go straight to the workshop floor without translation loss. Site programmes run by DMDC Contracting are not hostage to a supplier’s schedule. And when DMDC Project Management, the group’s internal inspection company, rejects a component, the correction happens in the group’s own workshop rather than in a negotiation.

The factory’s work is visible in Aseel Villa in Arabian Ranches, winner of two Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026, and in Sanctuary Falls Villa in Jumeirah Golf Estates, named Design & Build Project of the Year at the Architecture Leaders Awards 2026. Founded in 2021, DMDC Group has delivered more than 350 projects with its own workforce.
