ICONE Interiors’ winning project, Private Villa Riyadh, completed in December 2022, was a comprehensive design project that involved full design services from scratch. The design team provided design, realization, and supervision of all electromechanical networks, ceiling and floor designs, full fit-out with bespoke joinery work, a full FF&E scheme, styling stages, and a full outdoor area. The project was delivered to the client as turnkey, ready to move in and enjoy.

The design team utilized a bespoke approach to materials and furniture to create a unique and luxurious living space that exceeded the client’s expectations. For instance, Atelier Paelis in France provided straw marquetry panels to create the hallway panels, while mirrors from Chelsea Mirror and LED wallpaper from Meystyle added an elegant touch. Luxury Italia Living Italian lighting was used to create the perfect outdoor space mood, and the indoor joinery and main entrance door were crafted with beautiful materials.
