HYJK Pte. Ltd has been honored with the award for Best Luxury Sustainable Apartment Interior Design for The Zenith in Singapore by Luxury Lifestyle Awards. This recognition highlights the studio’s ability to transform residential spaces into modern sanctuaries that prioritize functionality, family living, and environmentally conscious design.

Located in Hillview, Singapore, The Zenith project was a renovation of a 25-year-old apartment that required more than a visual refresh. The clients, a young family, sought a home that reflected the warmth and style of mid-century modern design while maintaining practical features and working within a carefully considered budget. By reusing structural elements such as flooring, ceilings, doors, and partitions, HYJK Pte. Ltd not only reduced waste but also reinforced its sustainable approach.

The renovation introduced thoughtful changes that enhanced both space and lifestyle. A once compartmentalized layout was reimagined with an open kitchen that connects seamlessly to the living areas, encouraging interaction and sociability. A bold rectangular arch now acts as both a visual centerpiece and practical seating with integrated storage. Curved details throughout the apartment, from the kitchen island to fluted glass partitions, create a softer and more inviting flow that suits the family’s needs.
