Multi-Award-Winning Family Office Servicing HNIs in London Relaunches as Footman & Butler Prime Property Management Under the Helm of New Managing Partner, Joseph Gleeson

Luxury property management company, Footman & Butler, has announced it has relaunched as Footman & Butler Prime Property Management – operating as a family office servicing London’s elite under the new leadership of Managing Partner, Joseph Gleeson.

With over 70 years’ collective experience, Joseph and his team of expert property management directors offer services spanning the management and operation of luxury homes, from comprehensive property reports, execution of preventative maintenance schedules, to a full concierge service.

Joseph was appointed to Managing Partner in January 2023 with over 10 years’ experience leading multi and single-family offices in London to manage prime and ultra-prime properties in the capital, Paris, and the US on behalf of high-net-worth families. Recently graduating in a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he combines business acumen with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to spearhead the day-to-day leadership of Footman & Butler Prime Property Management.

Joseph Gleeson, Managing Partner of Footman & Butler Prime Property Management, said: “We decided to rebrand adding the words, ‘Prime Property Management’ to our name, to make our business proposition clearer to prospective clients. We do of course offer recruitment services to hire butlers and staff on behalf of our clients, but our offering is so much more than that. My role includes leading on the management and operations of luxury private homes, from comprehensive property reports, execution of preventive maintenance schedules, to a full concierge service.

“Our team of property directors enhance the value of clients’ homes by caring for the properties as if they were their own, managing all aspects from recruitment and training of household staff, overseeing household expenditure, and addressing essential maintenance.”

Joseph is currently working towards a MRICS Associate and is currently responsible for a prime property portfolio of more than £300m, with ambitious growth targets over the next 18 months.
