Foreign investors can pursue U.S. residency through investment in award-winning South Florida development
HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – (July 29, 2025) – Starlife Group’s award-winning 21 Hollywood development announced today the launch of its exclusive EB-5 investor program, blending luxury real estate with long-term benefits for qualified global investors.
The EB-5 investor program allows the principal investor and their immediate family to pursue U.S. permanent residency together. By investing in a qualifying U.S. commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time American jobs, like 21 Hollywood, the entire family becomes eligible to receive green cards and the benefits that come with them.
21 Hollywood is appealing to such investors as it is just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Hollywood, Florida’s vibrant downtown. Situated on a 1.48-acre site, the 14-story mixed-use development will feature 200 luxury rental residences and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The building was designed by globally renowned architect Kobi Karp, and the project is being built and managed by Starlife Builders, a subsidiary of Starlife Group.
The project is actively progressing through the structural phase, with vertical construction steadily advancing floor by floor. Officially scheduled to top off by the end of 2025 with completion expected in late 2026 or early 2027, the launch of EB-5 investment opportunities at 21 Hollywood marks a new phase in the project.
“The launch of our EB-5 program reflects our commitment to building not just beautiful properties, but lasting opportunities for families seeking a new life in the U.S.,” said Gevorg Shahbazyan, CEO and Founder of Starlife Group. “21 Hollywood allows investors to align with a landmark development and a trusted partner, with our team playing an active role in every step of the construction and investment process.”
The EB-5 program is a government-created initiative established by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. The program has evolved into one of the most established and respected routes to U.S. residency, offering access to the U.S. real estate market, a stable legal and financial system, world-class education and health care, and long-term security for families.
A limited number of EB-5 investment opportunities in 21 Hollywood are available. The current requirements include a minimum investment of $800,000, with potential for modest annual returns and an anticipated return of capital after a few years.
