The talented and internationally famous architect Christoph Ingenhoven created a design for a 58-meter residential tower named “The Crown Strandkai” with character and height, directly situated on the water of the western Strandkai peninsula. The apartment building will be built on the Strandkaipromenade and is situated between two extraordinary buildings: Elbphilharmonie and the Marco Polo Tower. The magnificent views are of the city center, Elbe, harbor and Philharmonie. Potential clients can choose between 75 apartments ranging between 53sqm to 426sqm, and two penthouses over two floors are also available. There will be 79 individual parking spaces, with the option to add charging stations for electric cars. The new gem is free-standing, and the space is integrated into the ground floor which enhances the promenade to the public.
