Dar Al Décor Co. W.L.L., an established interior design and architectural consultancy in Bahrain, has been recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards as a 2026 winner in the category of Best Luxury Office Interior Design in Bahrain for its BlueFive Capital Office project. The recognition highlights the company’s approach to contemporary workplace design, where architectural precision, carefully selected materials, and functional planning create a distinctive corporate environment.

Established in 1980, Dar Al Décor Co. W.L.L. is a Bahrain-based interior design and architectural consultancy serving residential, corporate, banking, retail, office, commercial and mixed-use clients. Its services span interior concept development and detailed design, construction drawings and technical documentation, FF&E specification and procurement coordination, supplier and manufacturer coordination, and site inspection and project management support. By combining contemporary design principles with traditional influences, and by bringing design, documentation and delivery under one roof, the company gives clients a single point of coordination between aesthetic intent and technical requirements.

Located in Bahrain Bay, Capital Governorate, the BlueFive Capital Office is a 440-square-meter workplace designed for an international investment company headquartered in Bahrain. Completed between May 5 and October 30, 2025, the project involved a full interior construction fit-out and the provision of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Dar Al Décor led the project from concept and technical documentation through custom product development, supplier coordination, and on-site inspection and delivery. The design accommodates 20 to 25 employees within a carefully organized layout comprising a reception lobby, two meeting rooms, a central workstation area, two soundproof voice-call booths, six private offices, a pantry and canteen area, and supporting facilities. The director’s office also serves as a setting for meetings and receiving guests.

The project’s architectural language centers on simplicity, material contrast, and considered detailing. Neutral walls and carpeting establish a restrained foundation, while herringbone wooden flooring introduces warmth and defines the central circulation areas. Glass partitions maintain visual openness between workspaces, reflecting BlueFive Capital’s emphasis on transparency in its client relationships. Meeting rooms incorporate contemporary video-conferencing and collaborative technology to facilitate communication between the Bahrain headquarters and overseas branches. A defining feature is the custom rose-gold steel stud cladding, developed through several design iterations, material trials, and manufacturing stages. Applied to feature walls, transitional spaces, and privacy screens, the dimensional metal detailing provides a recognizable architectural identity while serving practical functions throughout the office.
