Terrace House reflects these principles through the integration of architecture, landscape, and social living. Conceived around generous interconnected spaces, the residence dissolves the boundaries between interior and exterior environments. A fully opening living room extends naturally onto the balcony, creating a continuous gathering space enhanced by daylight and cross-ventilation. Clean lines, defined planes, carefully composed volumes, brise-soleils, canopies, and pivoting panels establish a timeless architectural expression while providing rhythm, movement, and control of natural light. The longitudinal pool reinforces the connection between living areas, while the elevated terrace gives the residence its identity, bringing together comfort, openness, and a strong relationship with nature.
