The design incorporates textured stone cladding, floor-to-ceiling glazing, wood-accented soffits, and integrated lighting elements that reinforce the project’s architectural character.

The development has been conceived to balance commercial activity with residential comfort. Residential levels feature expansive terraces and integrated landscaping, while the rooftop area includes leisure-oriented amenities designed to support an elevated urban lifestyle. Modular Design Engineering Consultants provided architectural design, structural design, MEP design, permitting, and supervision services for the project, ensuring consistency between design intent and technical execution throughout the development process.
