ASArchitects, the Tirana-based multidisciplinary design studio led by architect Antonela Saliaj, has been named a winner of a Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 in the category of Best Luxury Commercial Interior Design in Latvia. The award recognizes the studio’s exceptional work on the Riga Waterfront Development Sales Center, an innovative and immersive space that redefines waterfront luxury in the heart of the Baltic region.

Housed within Riga’s historic Passenger Ferry Terminal on the Daugava River, the project artfully reimagines the formerly disused terminal into a refined sales center that blends nautical elegance with contemporary design. Completed in May 2024, the space was conceived to evoke the ambience of a high-end hotel lounge—complete with expansive seating, a bespoke café corner, statement lighting features, and a custom-carved stone chimney as a centerpiece.

The design incorporates rich materials like yacht-deck-inspired wooden flooring, sleek marble surfaces, and mirror-polished accents, all sourced and produced locally. With its curated interiors and an atmosphere of understated opulence, the project not only showcases the future of luxury waterfront living in Riga but also reflects ASArchitects’ commitment to storytelling, sustainability, and timeless design.
