Celebrating 15 years of Excellence
Luxury Travel Has Achieved in Reaching this Milestone of 15 Years of Growth and Assumes Business Continuity with Ambitious Cruising Plan Amid Coronavirus Outbreak.
Luxury Travel, which is a member of the Lux Group, is a multi-award winning DMC which fills a niche in the luxury market, and specializes in quality travel services with an emphasis on the bespoke and ultra-luxurious travel experiences, hotels and guidance services in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam, is honored to celebrate 15 years of business success (11/03/2005 – 11/03/2020).
Since its inception in Hanoi back in 2005, with only US$1000 capital and three devoted staff, Luxury Travel (www.luxurytravelvietnam.com) has significantly expanded, opening (its own) offices throughout Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, and Danang, Halong, Hai Phong, while maintaining its headquarters in Hanoi. The company also owns its private luxury vehicles and cruise boats and has established representative offices in the main markets.
It would be a big mistake to talk about Luxury Travel without mentioning the name Pham Ha, the captain of Luxury Travel who steered the “Luxury Travel” ship over some difficult waves. After 15 years of growing the company and developing it at an astounding rate of 30% each year, Mr. Ha always holds his love for “Luxury Travel” in his heart and has instilled this passion into its staff who are called “Luxers”.
Pham Ha shared: “I am very proud of the growth we have achieved in reaching this milestone. We are an award-winning specialist tour operator and market leader. I am proud of the whole Luxers’ team – you know how to provide a “wow” service to our most sophisticated travelers. Luxury Travel Ltd. wouldn’t be as successful today without you. I love you and am forever grateful.”
“I had big growth plans that would carry us through the next decade for breaking through. Unfortunately, these ambitions plans are placed on hold as the spread of Covid 19 has taken a toll on inbound travel to Southeast Asia. We have experienced solving with SARS in the past and now it is a good time to restructure the company, ensure a strong financial position during this difficult time and after when travel demand resumes. The recovery period may take 6 months to a year, but I am confident that we will overcome this crisis and return to what we do the best.”
In an interview with Forbes Vietnam magazine, Mr. Pham also shared his view that the difference between Luxury Travel and other brands is its staff. He was proud to say: “Luxers’ team members make the difference. We are proud of our qualified and highly skilled personnel who are masters in providing high-end travel experiences and customer care. This difficult time is to invest in innovative and new travel products, SOPs, skills and open up a new brand such as LUX MICE for the company’s new luxury mice department.
Our company culture ensures the best working environment for our staff who then take pride in ensuring the greatest experiences for every traveler. Our highly experiential products and services make a difference, too. The secret of our success is that we reach out and touch the hearts of our clients with our exclusive experiential travel, and word of mouth does the marketing for us.”
