Bodywize® was launched in 2004 by Ms. Lisa Mak, a wellness practitioner, Spa consultant, entrepreneur, and spiritual devotee. Wanting to create “enjoyment at its finest”, Ms. Lisa created Bodywize as a day spa in the Happy Valley on Sing Woo Road, Hong Kong, a haven removed from the busyness of the city. With the company’s rebranding as Bodywize Immersions, the stand-out spa was noticed by the professionals at Luxury Lifestyle Awards, and they have selected the spa as a winner in the category of Best Luxury Wellness Spa in Hong Kong, 2022. This is a second-time victory for the pioneering spa.

After many spiritual experiences in her younger years, Lisa developed a life-long affinity with Buddhism and was inspired to create an indigenous wellness brand that would facilitate real physical changes in the light of Buddhist teaching, and that was the very first Bodywize® Day Spa in Hong Kong. Over the course of time, Lisa, with an enlightened spirit, has pioneered a positive wellness culture locally, by bringing along her global professional experiences in spa, wellness, and healing from New York, Canada, Australia, Thailand, and Bali, etc., redefining and empowering wellness in Hong Kong, with Bodywize® becoming a multi-award winner across Asia.

Bodywize Immersions provides a variety of one-on-one private lessons, allowing guests to establish a balance of body and mind and restore vitality. The 1-hour wellness private session allows you to focus on a personal goal in the practice, guided by their certified instructor, followed by a neck and back massage.
