The Interior Lab has been named the winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 in the category of Best Luxury Contemporary Apartment Interior Design for its standout work on the Coco Palms project in Singapore.

Founded in 2013 and based in Singapore, The Interior Lab has built a strong reputation for delivering residential spaces that reflect both personality and purpose. The awarded project, a renovation of a 162 sqm resale condominium, showcases bold color, cultural texture, and functional artistry, all brought to life by lead designer Ami Yap. From a full-height display for an extensive Lego collection to Peranakan-glass kitchen doors and custom vintage integrations, Coco Palms is a vibrant reflection of its homeowners.

“This project was about translating character into space,” said Ami Yap. “Every choice; from reused furniture to patterned tiles, was intentional. Winning this award affirms our belief that personality-led design can be practical, aesthetic, and sustainable.”
