The first project, Datin Mak’s Residence in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, is a 3-storey, 7,585-square-foot bungalow that was tailored for a family of esteemed developers, reflecting their values of simplicity, modernity, and quality. OD&A provided design consultancy services, focusing on translating the client’s faith-driven approach to life into a luxurious yet simple living environment. The project also emphasized sustainability, integrating the eco-friendly “BOND” pendant light by Sans Souci and maximizing natural light and ventilation throughout the home. 

The second highlighted project is Diana Yap’s Residence in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This 6,832-square-foot renovation transformed an empty home into a bespoke living space, incorporating unique metal design features that reflect the family’s expertise in the steel industry. OD&A offered comprehensive design and build services, with a particular focus on green sustainability through recycling and repurposing existing materials. 

The third project, East Residence, is a 4-storey townhouse located in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. OD&A transformed this unsold, empty property into a luxurious home that reflects the client’s Peranakan heritage and deep connection to nature. The company provided comprehensive design and build services, ensuring the home maximized natural light while honoring the client’s cultural roots.
