The Cube Villa embodies this mission perfectly. Its name hints at the project’s inspiration – a harmonious interplay of simple geometric shapes softened by unexpected curves. This “cube in space” concept creates a sense of wonder, hinting at hidden complexities veiled within its seemingly straightforward exterior. 

The villa’s beauty lies in its innovative façade. A dramatic departure from traditional limitations, the volume façade features a flat wall with a captivating six-meter section that extends outward, defying the need for pillars. This bold design element underscores the homeowner’s embrace of modern aesthetics. 

Reconciling an open floor plan with the residents’ desire for privacy posed a fascinating challenge. Archicam ingeniously addressed this by functionally dividing the space into two distinct zones – a family area and a reception area – cleverly connected by a central open courtyard.
