On the picturesque landscape of Nicosia has appeared ultramodern building, which became the highlight of the city and the tallest construction in the capital of Cyprus. The new beautiful skyscraper rises above the busiest district in the city, representing a new generation of living. Utilizing a unique approach to design that leaves the perimeter of the building largely free from beams and other obstructions, residents can be assured of awe-inspiring, 360-degree views from their apartment’s floor-to-ceiling windows. This noble building is named Nicosia 360, and it has become this year’s winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the category of The Best Luxury Real Estate in Cyprus.
The impressive 135 meter-high tower of Nicosia 360 features 34 floors, 27 of which are dedicated to residential units, promising an upgraded living experience.
Each residential apartment offers its inhabitants high-quality amenities and furnishings, including marble accents, parquet flooring, and granite and quartz countertops, the best of contemporary carpentry, and superior quality sanitary ware. To date, anyone can assess the building’s layout by taking a 3D virtual walk through the Nicosia 360 interiors on the project website.
The building is in use now, and some homeowners of Nicosia 360 already have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of state-of-the-art technological additions of a new generation. Among them triple-glazed windows, waste recycling systems, energy-saving features, Class A’ Energy Certificate, and low carbon footprint. The inhabitants are able to control all appliances via telephone or tablet and use access cards to enter the building. Each apartment is also equipped with LED lights with movement sensors and dimmers, CCTVs, fire and burglar alarms making Nicosia 360 the safest and the most secure building in the city. Currently, there are apartments ready to move in and waiting for new tenants.
“As further testament to 360 Nicosia’s pioneering vision, a unique digital concierge service, 360 ONLINE, will also be made available to residents, giving them exclusive access to house services, local information, payment of bills, and much more. “This is just another confirmation that the Luxury Lifestyle Awards experts made the right choice,” says George Chrysochos, CEO of Cyfield Group, the developer of Nicosia 360.
The property of Nicosia 360 provides 24-hour concierge taking care of the residents’ every need, including handling deliveries, supervising safety and security, looking after common areas, and ensuring that the building is maintained to an impeccably high standard.
