The company, which was formerly Ureña Valenzuela & Asociados up until 2012, is led by the engineer Eugenio Ureña and architect Herly Valenzuela. The two experts combined their experiences, vision, and knowledge and created what is now Ureval Arquitectos E Ingenieros. These values are creativity, passion, teamwork, commitment, and responsibility. Ureval as a brand has developed and designed national and international projects that have positioned the brand and opened space for it in designing varied projects like health buildings, hospitals, clinics, university buildings, auditoriums, residential and corporate towers in the Dominican Republic, teamed with a global perspective. 

For their award-winning project, the team won Best Luxury Mixed Use Architecture for their project Adose Corporate Building in the Dominican Republic, 2022. The impressive building is located in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic and is a corporate project of mixed use of 3,650 m2 of construction distributed in 5 levels. It includes offices, a store, a restaurant, and other dependencies. The initial idea behind the project was to design a building that would integrate with the environment, which led to establishing an articulated dialogue with urban situations and the structures surrounding it and simultaneously enriching the city’s landscape. The building is a work of representative transparency and has a strong presence. 

Access to the office areas is through a magnificent double-height lobby, which offers a tranquil view of the water fountain and garden, creating an environment of comfort and pleasant surroundings. On the upper floors, office areas are distributed on three levels, meeting rooms, a gym, and an auditorium. The building is light and each space flows meticulously in harmony. The facility offers a tectonic, smooth, and clean character as a whole and sets a strong feeling of contemporary design and permanence.
