For Clandestino Hotel, which is situated in the center of the magical San Miguel de Allende city, the exclusive hotel stands out for its charming appearance and full high-quality amenities. Completed in 2016, the remodeling of the XIX century historical house was adapted to the new necessities of the project while some of its original characteristics were preserved and others, renovated. The now boutique hotel has eight rooms where four are in the original building, and the other four are in the new side of the building. The architectural project, interior design and furnishings are an impressive combination of redefined modern style and colonial essence.

For their project which was completed in 2015, the CSF Apartment in Santa Fe, the team completely remodeled a two-story apartment on the 21^st floor and it stands out due to the double-height space and natural light that the team incorporated. The clients’ needs were clear, and they requested a space where light was needed in the lower level of the apartment. The team created a double-height area next to the window façade which allowed for natural light to intrude into the property. This creation transformed the apartment immensely and filled it with character and life. The living area walls were eliminated, which created an open layout plan accompanied by an industrial appearance. Each detail was carefully planned and assessed by the team for the bathrooms and bedrooms, and they are now spaces that exude comfort and class. The client filled the apartment with natural and soft tones of grey, beige, brown, and white, showcasing a beautifully neutral and light environment.
