MA: By enabling brands to deliver personalized and immediate experiences using advanced technology and leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance customer interaction.
AC: Collaboration is often touted as essential for innovation in luxury. Can you share your thoughts on the importance of partnerships within the luxury sector, and how they can drive growth?
MA: Through partnership, the value offered can be enhanced, services can be expanded, and this contributes to driving growth in the wellness sector.
AC: As CEO of Alkhoyool Alarabia Company, what leadership principles guide you in making decisions that align with the luxury market’s expectations?
MA: Through: (innovation, staying up-to-date, and a deep focus on the customer experience).
AC: The Sakina project emphasizes cultural heritage and modern living. What inspired its design, and how do you envision it contributing to the community in Riyadh?
MA: We had to present a residential project that combines a small community with family privacy, so we provided SAKINA residential units for 58 families.
AC: Sustainability is becoming increasingly crucial in luxury development. How does Alkhoyool Alarabia incorporate eco-friendly practices into its projects, and why is this important to you personally?
MA: We integrate environmentally friendly practices into our projects by using sustainable materials, applying innovative technologies to reduce the environmental impact and carbon footprint, and enhancing energy efficiency. Personally, I believe this is crucial to ensure that our work remains environmentally responsible and that we contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come.
AC: What are some of the biggest challenges facing luxury real estate development today, and how does your company navigate these obstacles to seize new opportunities?
MA: The biggest challenges in developing luxury real estate today include changes in customer needs, high costs, and environmental pressures. Our company overcomes these obstacles through design innovation, focusing on delivering integrated luxury experiences that meet modern customer aspirations and align with future trends, while maintaining the primary value of Alkhoyool Alarabia, which is “quality.”
AC: What personal experiences or values do you bring to your work at Alkhoyool Alarabia, and how do they influence the company culture and project outcomes?

MA: I aspire for the future of luxury living in the Middle East to be a blend of architectural excellence while preserving cultural and heritage identity. In the context of urban development and community design, we hope to create smart, sustainable living environments that provide comfort, enhance quality of life, and support social and economic openness.
