Little did they know, however, that their creative brilliance and innovative designs would turn RAID Architecture into the award-winning, well-respected and much-admired brand it is today.

The teams’ achievements with RAID Architecture are deeply impressive, considering that the studio is only a few years old. Together, Nada and Robert have grown RAID Architecture into the go-to studio for clients wanting precision, professionalism and design perfection – all the things the RAID Architecture team delivers with ease.

Unsurprisingly, Luxury Lifestyle Awards awarded the team several prestigious titles in 2022, in recognition of the studio’s expertise and professional delivery in the areas of interior design, landscape architecture and modern architectural design. Specifically, RAID Architecture won awards for Best Luxury Interior Design – Single Residential Property (Knightsbridge), Best Luxury Residential Landscape Architecture (Longfield) and Best Luxury Modern Architecture – Single Residential Property (Longfield).

Knightsbridge (London) is a private residence on which RAID Architecture provided interior design expertise. Approached by a Middle Eastern client looking to turn the family summer house into a home that was more comfortable and responsive to the family’s needs, the team took the time to fully understand the cultural nuances that needed to be catered to. The result is a modern and minimalistic design with well-placed elegant elements in each room to add vibrancy. The attentive approach to even the smallest details elevates the home experience for the Knightsbridge family, creating an environment that is chic, warm and inviting.

The RAID Architecture team specializes in high end property designs, they deliver projects ranging in size (6,000sqm – 30,000 sqm) and work on refurbishments, extensions of existing houses as well as designing new apartment blocks, full housing projects, private residences, and landscape projects. Plans are afoot to expand the service offering further to include the hospitality and retail sectors.

Robert and Nada, with over 30 years of combined experience work on briefs from concept stage through to execution and delivery, including procurement, coordination with contractors and any other relevant suppliers.
