They met while studying in Innsbruck and Florence, where they completed their studies with honors and received the highest grades for their diploma thesis. Together they established ASAGGIO in 2012 with the vision to deliver clever, contemporary architecture. The company name is an acronym of their names, reflecting the perfect compatibility of the two partners and their commitment to working closely together in their quest for excellence.

This year ASAGGIO has received special recognition from the specialists at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for the Guggenberg luxury apartment house. Situated on a hill above the Stufels district in Sudtirol, Italy, the 15 spacious apartments and 34 garages are divided into a terraced building with two towers of different heights on the upper floors. The design was conceived to ensure that as many apartments as possible can offer large terraces and gardens. Care has been taken to ensure the design maximizes the use of space and provides privacy for each apartment. The apartments are designed around a loop concept using minimalistic color-coordinated materials, including natural wash ochre plaster, dark native larch, and metal finishes painted in jet black. All homes have large windows to ensure they make the most of the views of the towers of Bressanone Cathedral and the city center below. A perfect example of the elegant and functional architecture ASAGGIO has become known for. 

That is why the panel of experts has selected ASAGGIO as a winner in the category of Best Luxury Apartment Architecture for Guggenberg in Italy 2022. The judges were impressed with the company’s passion for tailor-made design solutions and their dedication to creating aesthetically pleasing, contemporary, and practical architecture that perfectly fits the client’s brief.
