The project also features advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems designed by Aurecon, an engineering firm known for its focus on sustainability. These systems work to improve resource efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The direct connection to Metro Line 1 supports public transport usage and a low-carbon urban mobility strategy.
