The owner’s vision was ambitious, seeking to create a space that seamlessly integrates hobbies, social gatherings, and entertainment.

The focal point of the project was an imposing bar, strategically placed at the center of the floor plan, connecting all the distinct spaces within. This design element not only added a touch of grandeur but also facilitated a fluid transition between various entertainment zones—a bar with billiards and games, a recording studio, a control room, a private cinema, and a gaming room.

Given the semi-underground location within an apartment building, ARCHZONE faced unique challenges, necessitating a focus on sound insulation, acoustics, and lighting. The project’s complexity demanded specialized planning, including an energy upgrade, fire safety measures, sound insulation and acoustics with sound-absorbing panels, audiovisual infrastructure, ventilation, and intricate lighting systems.

ARCHZONE meticulously executed the entire project, from the architectural study and interior design plan to technical studies, coordination, construction, and supervision. The team’s attention to detail extended to overseeing the procurement of equipment and furniture, ensuring the faithful realization of the 3D renderings. Despite the inherent difficulties posed by the space’s low height and specific infrastructure requirements, the project was successfully concluded within an impressive 8-month timeframe.

The final result was a vibrant and dynamic space that not only met but exceeded the owner’s expectations. The Lux Cave became a haven where occupants could immerse themselves in various forms of entertainment, all seamlessly integrated into a warm and inviting atmosphere.
