The Burdock Hotel, Marriott Autograph Collection, Turkey, stands as a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship and design prowess of SPACE Architects & Designers, as they undertook the Branding, Architectural Design, Interior Design and Implementation of the Burdock Hotel project. This authentic hotel draws inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Anatolia, with a particular focus on the burdock motif commonly found in Anatolian carpets. The firm executed the branding of the hotel by infusing it with the values and symbolism associated with the motif.

Abstracted Motif and Handmade Mosaics: SPACE Architects & Designers created a visually stunning feature by abstracting the burdock motif with hand-made mosaics placed under the bar, adding a touch of artistic elegance and uniqueness.

Traditional Rope Art and Wall Installations: The restaurant area showcases a captivating wall art installation made of handcrafted cross-stitch using traditional root-dyed ropes. This unique display adds texture and cultural significance to the space, immersing guests in the essence of Anatolian traditions.

Ceiling Panels and Lighting Fixtures: Special design ceiling panels and lighting fixtures were meticulously crafted to abstract the plant burdock.
