L&P Architects: Designing Harmonic Inner and Outer Spaces for Better Future Living

Creating spaces with a vision for the future requires more than just courage in decisions and passion in aspirations. Creativity, extensive experience, and knowledge in various fields are what allow L&P Architects to develop projects that already today form impressive environments that will improve people’s lives tomorrow and for years to come. An in-depth study of the architectural and design services market in China, conducted by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards experts, not only confirmed the company’s top competence but also showed that L&P Architects team deservedly occupies leading positions in various fields of professional activity.

This year’s LLA multiple award winner was founded in 2017. Today the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has offices in Shenzhen, Singapore and Bangkok. L&P Architects’ extensive experience in the fields of architecture, interiors, landscape, urban design, and master planning allows them to successfully implement large-scale projects for the design and planning of urban mixed-use and shopping malls.

The diverse cultural working environment and the globalized approach to design provide the necessary ground for generating unconventional ideas and innovative projects. Each project by L&P Architects is a striking blend of art, innovation, local and global knowledge that work together to create social, economic, and environmental value.

L&P Architects’ portfolio includes a wide variety of outstanding architectural, interior design, masterplanning, and urban design projects. As a result of a thorough review of the company’s work, the Luxury Lifestyle Awards recognized four L&P Architects’ projects as winners in various categories.

One of those projects was Xi’An Fengxi Metropolis, which won Best Luxury Commercial Property Architecture in China. Xi’An is an ancient city with rich traditions and great prospects for the future. The project, including a 34,000 square meter office tower and a 100,000 square meter mega green mall, is a symbol of Xi’an as one of China’s oldest cities and the eastern starting point of the Silk Road. The design of the façade uses images of mild waves and pleats, symbolizing silk. The target group of Xi’An Fengxi Metropolis is young families and children, for whom a shopping park will be realized here, as well as a garden-like green living experience center for all visitors.

Ningbo Yintai Centre is a project that won Best Luxury High Rise Architecture in China category. It is located in Ningbo, the second largest city in Zhejiang province, and includes a 195-meter office tower, a 140-meter service apartment, residential towers, and a shopping podium that brings these structures together. With this massive mixed-use development, L&P Architects sought to create an upscale all-encompassing environment for work, leisure, and life, centered around residents’ well-being and hospitality for visitors. The variety of open spaces, flexible planning, and intertwining with nature make Ningbo Yintai Centre a blueprint for the workplace of the future.

Yinchuan Yoyo City, the winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the Best Luxury Mixed Use Architecture in China category, is an embodiment of intelligent solutions by architects and designers to integrate urban development with natural landscape resources. This urban mixed-use complex has a total area of 120,000 square meters, housing a shopping center, retail street, and boutique apartments. Yoyo City is a link between a natural wetland park and a residential commercial complex. The natural surroundings inspired the L&P Architects team to create a striking natural green garden in the inner spaces of the complex.

When designing the Dowell Wuhan Dongxihu Dima Science Park, L&P Architects’ specialists were guided by the ‘Smart City’ concept, which is reflected in the character of the show suite. The architects were tasked with creating an inspiring and efficient space for comfortable interaction between visitors and staff. The project, which won LLA in the category of Best Luxury Commercial Interior Design in China, showed how effective the integration of innovative tactile and virtual reality technology can be with the appropriate professional approach.
