DMDC Group has been recognized twice at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026, taking Best Luxury Residential Renovation Project and Best Luxury Villa Development for Aseel Villa in Arabian Ranches, Dubai.

The 7,200 sq ft villa is part of the group’s own development portfolio. It was bought, designed, built and carried on DMDC’s own capital, one of four houses the group has developed for itself with a combined completion value of AED 167 million. The company applies a simple test to its own portfolio: build for itself exactly what it would build for a client, then let the result speak.

One group, every discipline

Every discipline on Aseel Villa stayed inside the group. DMDC Design & Architecture led the interior architecture. DMDC Contracting delivered the construction with the group’s own workforce. DMDC Woodworks manufactured the joinery, kitchens and wardrobes in its 30,000 sq ft precision facility in Dubai Industrial City. DMDC Project Management, a separate company within the group whose only job is to review the other four, inspected the work stage by stage and reported its findings.

A record built since 2021

Founded in 2021, DMDC Group has delivered more than 350 projects across Dubai’s premium communities, including Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah. The two Luxury Lifestyle Awards join the group’s Design & Build Project of the Year at the Architecture Leaders Awards 2026 for Sanctuary Falls Villa in Jumeirah Golf Estates.
