At the heart of Eva Interiors is talented architect Seema Al Mansoory. Seema pursued her passion for luxury design with international practices before launching her own Fujairah-based practice. Her proficiency within her field has lead her to be considered an expert within architecture and interiors. Combining her UAE culture with contemporary designs has resulted in a range of projects that successfully pair a touch of tradition with up to date products and accessories that have been sourced from world leaders in luxury finishes, furniture, surfaces and lighting.

The practice’s continued growth has seen the team expand to include specialists with a shared vision to elevate local interior design while focusing on a global demand for luxury design. The group consists of architects, interior designers, and specialists in trend forecasting to ensure design longevity. They also use Seema’s industry contact book to source unique products from luxury manufacturers around the globe.

The team has vast experience working with prominent clientele, from royalty to high net individuals across the Middle East. With an ever international presence, the team has now established offices in London, Dubai and its headquarters in Fujairah.

The design process starts with understanding the client requirements. Once this is done a schematic design followed by detailed design with CGI’s, FF&E selections and material moodboards, specifications and technical drawing packages. Then the project goes through a planning stage before commencing construction.

The practical elements of construction, such as setting milestones, factoring in timescales and cost management, are undertaken by a skilled and dedicated team. They will oversee the processes and liaise with subcontractors to ensure that schedules are maintained, risk assessments formulated, and quality control measures adhered to throughout.

Once the project has reached the finished construction phase, they will use their talented interior specialists to stage the project, adding those additional personal touches in sumptuous textiles, bespoke furniture, plush tapestries, accessories and carpets. Adding these layers cements the architecture with the interior design and provides an extra layer of comfort and luxury to turn a space into a well-loved home.

This ability to match a clients personality with thoughtful design can be seen in the recent refurbishment of HH Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al-Sharqi’s Fujairah majlis. Reflecting his love for travel, eclecticism and bold colours, the Eva Interiors team curated a lavish design that embraced neo-classical architecture while furniture and accessories added an Anglo-French twist. Into this theme, a continued nod to the cultural heritage of Fujairah provides continuity and familiarity. A fusion of oriental accents offers a representation of global cultures.

It’s this ability to interpret a design brief and the knowledge to adapt a style to suit the client’s identity that has earned them a portfolio of stunning successes from residential, commercial and corporate office projects.
