Delivered as a full turnkey corporate fit-out across two floors totaling over 12,000 square feet, the project was completed within a strict four-month timeframe. The scope included civil works, MEP, partitions, bespoke joinery, ceiling systems, and smart-office integration.

What makes the case notable is less specification than the coordination required to deliver it. Authority approvals were advanced in parallel with early work packages, while procurement and scheduling were managed to keep momentum through design revisions. Smart-office features, including integrated AV systems, access control, motion-activated lighting, and sound masking, were coordinated alongside civil and MEP works, with testing and commissioning planned to support handover and user readiness. With the project being executed in a mixed-use environment, site operations also required disciplined controls around noise, dust, and compliance.

Villa 80 Parkways – a residence defined by personalization

At the residential level, Villa 80 reflects the same priorities, expressed through a more personal lens. The company’s approach to bespoke residential delivery centers on tailoring layouts and specifications to individual preferences, supported by in-house design capability and a supplier network intended to meet varied material and finish requirements. The project began in mid-2025, with completion indicated for the end of 2025.

Across private residences, Frankly Built Contracting emphasizes integrated smart-home capabilities, allowing owners to control lighting, climate, security, curtains, and entertainment through centralized systems – while maintaining the architectural integrity and privacy expectations that define luxury living in the UAE.
