We started in 2006 from our office in Lagoa to serve the Western Algarve region, from Carvoeiro to Lagos. At that time, there were no real estate agencies focused only on luxury real estate. We always invested in digital marketing right from day one. Back in 2006, business was still mouth-to-mouth advertising, newspapers and print. We went online right from the start and until today is one of our strong points. The change in technology – first from paper to computers, later on to tablets and now phones, requires that a website undergoes constant change. Nowadays, with AI things will pick up pace and processes will be done in different matters.
The Algarve in the property market perspective, as well as Portugal in general has changed very fast over the last few years. The Algarve, which was considered primarily a summer tourism destination, it is now one of Europe’s leading year-round luxury lifestyle locations — a transformation that Exclusive Algarve Villas has both witnessed and actively shaped into.
