Located in the upscale area of Tsing Yi, Hong Kong, this 2,685-square-foot apartment offers sweeping views of the sea, a defining feature that KIRA Design skillfully incorporated into the design.

The project involved designing a home for a family of four. The brief was to create a spacious, trendy apartment that reflects the unique personalities of each family member. The design needed to balance open communal areas with private, personalized spaces for each family member while taking full advantage of the apartment’s stunning sea views.

The result is a modern, luxurious duplex that exudes elegance and character. The living and dining areas are designed to be grand and welcoming, with full-length windows that frame the magnificent sea view. KIRA Design opted for a contemporary color palette, incorporating trendy shades of green and yellow that add a touch of vibrancy to the sophisticated space. The living room effortlessly fuses with the outdoor balcony, which was designed as a comfortable gathering space for the family to entertain guests while enjoying the scenic backdrop.
