The blissful sanctuary captures the magnificent essence of island living with its elegance, simple decor, airy interiors and expansive terraces that open onto spectacular views. “We wanted the water to imbue everything, from the sea views of all public areas and restaurants overlooking both the sea and two large saltwater pools, to private pools in the maisonettes,” says Evgenia Kousthana, who goes on to say, “we also incorporated the design motif of soft, curving waves and water features in the décor”. 

Room and suite types at Anax Resort & Spa include Aegean sunset deluxe double room (which is the standard offering, at 32-35 sqm), Grand executive suite, Premium honeymoon suite, Exclusive suites with private pools (with the option of a side sea view), Luxury suite with private pool, Luxury beachfront suite with outdoor jacuzzi, two Anax suites with private pools, Exclusive 2-bedroom suites (with either a side sea view or private pool option) and an Exclusive Maisonette with a pool. 

The exclusive maisonette measures 60 sqm. It is spread over two levels and boasts a private terrace with sunbeds, a plunge pool and an open-plan bathroom fitted with a jacuzzi bathtub – all the essentials of an invigorating getaway.
