The Esse Thonglor, located on Sukhumvit Road, Soi Sukhumvit 36, Bangkok, is the embodiment of Double V Space’s prowess in creating spaces that amalgamate luxury with comfort and sustainability. Completed in February 2024 after two years of particular design and construction, this duplex unit spans 252 square meters and features an impressive 7-meter ceiling height.

The project presented unique challenges that the Double V Space team embraced with creativity and precision. A standout feature is the custom spiral staircase, a masterpiece of functionality and aesthetic appeal. This bespoke piece not only serves as a practical element but also as a focal point that embodies the homeowner’s unique style and the company’s dedication to innovative design.

Designed to provide the ultimate in privacy, The Esse Thonglor’s single-unit floor plan ensures exclusivity for its residents. Every aspect of the interior design, from the luxurious fittings to the personalized furniture, reflects Double V Space’s philosophy that “every space has its own story.” The company’s design team created each piece of furniture, which was then manufactured to exact specifications, ensuring style and functionality.
