The firm has now added another stellar project to their repertoire by transforming Zahra Law Firm’s office space into the manifestation of modern elegance and functionality, elevating the work environment while reflecting the client’s unique personality and work culture.

The award-winning project, which commenced in February 2023 and concluded in April 2023, is located in the heart of Jeddah. Initially, the space contained the principal’s office and a storage area, but the team at By Design House saw untapped potential. They approached the project with a vision of creating an office environment that not only enhances productivity but also offers an inviting and inspiring atmosphere.

The renovation of the Zahra Law Firm Office centered on a contemporary aesthetic, avoiding flashy design choices while grounding the space in simplicity and sophistication. Wooden materials, carefully selected in the right color tones, provided a sense of warmth and stability—qualities that reflect both the client’s personality and the firm’s professional ethos.

Among the significant alterations made to the space were the addition of glass doors and fixed window panels. These design choices fostered a sense of connection between the office’s various areas, making the overall space feel larger and more open. The newly renovated entrance, waiting area, principal lawyer’s office with a meeting area, and employees’ working zone are now flowingly connected, creating a fluid and collaborative workspace.

A standout feature of the Zahra Law Firm Office renovation was the careful consideration of sustainability. The design incorporated environment-friendly materials throughout the space, enhancing the office’s ecological footprint without compromising on style. Additionally, natural lighting was maximized to reduce energy consumption, complemented by energy-saving LED lighting that further contributes to the office’s sustainable design.

“Our goal was to provide a comfortable and stylish work environment while remaining environmentally conscious,” said lead interior designer Dalia Najim. “We wanted to ensure that the design is both aesthetically pleasing and practical, and the feedback from the client has been incredibly rewarding.”
